Standard Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products, their immediate accessibility, and affiliate commissions tied to sales, we enforce a strict 30-day return policy, which begins the day after you receive your products.
Refund Terms:
- Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will include the invoiced amount minus:
- Shipping and handling fees
- A 10% restocking fee
- Refunds are not automatically applied to cancellation requests and must be formally submitted.
If a Refund is Processed:
- A refund implies dissatisfaction with the product or service.
- Vital Health reserves the right to deny future purchases from refunded customers.
- Exceptions (e.g., duplicate purchases) may be made at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Refund Policy
As an affiliate, you are responsible for all product purchases made for personal use or resale.
Refund Terms for Affiliates:
- Products (opened or unopened) may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund includes the invoiced amount minus shipping/handling and a 10% restocking fee.
- Returning product may affect PV, BV, and commission eligibility.
- If terminating affiliate status, you may return unused, unopened, resalable products:
- Must be returned within 60 days of invoice date
- Refund includes invoiced amount minus a 20% restocking fee
- Refund will be adjusted for any earned commissions or bonuses
- No refunds will be issued after 60 days from invoice date.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are treated seriously and flagged as potential fraud.
If a Chargeback Is Filed:
- The related account will be immediately blocked
- All services and subscriptions associated with the account will be terminated
- Commissions paid on those orders will be clawed back from affiliates
- Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions
How to Reverse a Chargeback
To reverse a chargeback and restore your account:
- Contact your credit card provider to cancel the chargeback
- Request a chargeback reversal and confirmation of the reversal
- Once reversal is received, we will restore your account access
We do not accept payment on a different card to resolve a chargeback. The original charge must be reversed in full.
