Standard Orders

  • Shipping Carriers:
    • México: DHL
    • USA: USPS Priority Mail
  • Same-Day Shipping:
    • Orders placed by 1:30 PM PT for standard shipping will ship the same business day.
    • Orders using USPS Express Mail must be received by 10:00 AM PT for same-day shipping.
  • Business Days:
    • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    • DHL does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as delivery days.
    • Weekend delivery is not available.

  • United States & Mexico:
    • Standard delivery: 4 to 10 business days

Expedited shipping (FedEx/USPS) delivery times do not include weekends or federal holidays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships and a tracking number is generated:

  • You'll receive a tracking email
  • Tracking info will also be available in your account dashboard
  • Note: USPS international tracking may not update once the package leaves the U.S.

Backordered Items

If an item in your order is out of stock:

  • We'll ship the available items right away
  • The backordered item(s) will ship via expedited delivery at no extra cost as soon as available

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages:
    • Must be reported within 1 business day of delivery
    • Please keep all packaging and product while we resolve the issue with the carrier
  • Lost Packages:
    • Contact us as soon as possible
    • Before reporting a package missing, please check:
      • With neighbors, family members, front desk, mailroom, etc.
