How to Invite, Create Curiosity & Build Momentum (Without Selling) Most people struggle in network marketing not because the opportunity is weak — but because they over-explain. You are not here to convince. You are here to invite. When done correctly, curiosity does the heavy lifting. The system does the explaining. You simply create the room. Let’s break this down. How to Invite to a Business Presentation Start simple and confident. Step 1: Get permission “Hey, quick question — do you have a minute?” Pause. Let them respond. Step 2: Position the opportunity “I partnered with a team of entrepreneurs expanding a project here in the U.S. They asked me for five sharp, driven people who want to increase their income without disrupting their current work. You immediately came to mind.” Pause again. Step 3: Create curiosity “The only thing I’m not sure of is whether you’re open to new income streams right now.” Then: “Would you be willing to look at a business project?” If they say yes: “Great. When works better for you — [day/time] or [day/time]? They’ll walk you through details, and we’ll see if it’s a fit on both sides.” Notice what you did: You didn’t explain. You didn’t pitch. You didn’t send a long paragraph. You invited. How to Invite to a Wellness or Scan Event For health-focused prospects, lead with value. Start with permission: “Quick question — do you have a minute?” Then: “I recently came across a wellness technology that provides a full-body report on major systems and organs. It helps people gain insight into what’s happening inside their body without waiting weeks for clinic appointments.” Pause. Let curiosity build. “I’m hosting a small get-together to demonstrate how it works. It gives results in about 2–5 minutes, and I’d really value your feedback.” Then close: “It’s on [day] at [time], at [location/Zoom]. Can I count on you to join us?” You’re not selling. You’re inviting. Inviting Business-Minded Contacts If someone is entrepreneurial, be direct. “Hi Tina — quick question. Are you currently involved in any business projects? I’m exploring something interesting and thought of you.” If they say no: “That’s great — I kind of thought so. This is exciting enough that I had to share. When do you have 15–20 minutes to go over some information?” If they say yes: “Perfect. What’s your schedule like in the next 24–48 hours for a quick 20-minute Zoom?” The Invitation with Edification Edification builds trust before the conversation even begins. Example: “Hi Steve, I recently met a very successful entrepreneur. He’s expanding a large international business and asked me if I knew anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset. I immediately thought of you. I’d love to connect you two so you can chat.” Edification positions leadership, credibility, and alignment — without you having to “sell” anything. Social Media: Create Curiosity Without Explaining Social media is not where you explain the opportunity. It is where you: Create awareness Open curiosity loops Start private conversations It is not where you: Explain compensation Post presentations Convince anyone   Attraction marketing is simple: Share your journey, not the company Show movement, not mastery Be real, not promotional People don’t follow perfection. They follow progress. What to Post Your posts should communicate one thing: “Something new is happening, and I’m open to sharing it.” Themes that work: A new chapter A new focus Growth Discipline Alignment Curiosity beats clarity at this stage. Example Social Media Posts Post Example #1 I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on where I’m putting my time and energy.I just stepped into something new that aligns with growth, health, and long-term vision.Still early, but excited about the process. Post Example #2 New chapter.New focus.Learning, growing, and building something meaningful.More to come. Post Example #3 I’ve been more intentional lately about where my time and energy go.I started something new this week that feels aligned with growth and long-term direction. No big announcement. Just a decision I’m taking seriously.Grateful for what’s ahead. Post Example #4 Realizing that staying open to learning new things has changed my life more than staying comfortable ever did.I stepped into something new recently. Still learning. Still early. But I like the direction it’s pointing me. Post Example #5 Sometimes opportunities don’t show up loud. They show up aligned.I’ve said yes to something new and I’m quietly sharing it with a few people I trust. If you feel drawn to learn more, message me. How to Respond When Someone Asks “What Is It?” Do not explain in comments. Instead say: “I’m hosting an event where I’m sharing some information. Would you be open to taking a look?” Invite → Event → System explains. Final Reminder You are not here to impress people. You are here to invite people. Curiosity opens doors.Systems close them. When you remove pressure and focus on consistent invitations, momentum becomes natural.
